Enjoy Japanese haute cuisine, a refined style of dining featuring multiple small, artistically presented dishes made with an abundance of Yamanashi foodstuffs. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect the changing seasons. Upgrading to a course featuring Koshu Beef is possible. In additional to the couse, special orders are available, such as "Sashimi" (sliced raw fish), and "Basashi"(thinly sliced raw horse meat). Additional charge applies for course upgrades and special order dishes.
