The buses to Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku), Narita Airport, and Haneda Airport are available. However, tickets must be booked and issued at the Kofu Expressway Bus Reservation Center. ( Depending on your destination, tickets may also be issued at Lawson convinience stores). There are taxis at both the North and South Exits, but more taxies are available at South Exit. If they are all taken, you may have to wait for a while. If you're in a hurry, you can find the taxi company's phone number at the South Exit and contact them directly.
